- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆February 11, 2020, by Sherie MoodyI just went in to this store and spoke with Daniel because one of our iPhone 6's died (on full charge) and wouldn't turn back on. He looked it over and verified that it was dead and then gave me the claim website to file a claim with our insurance. I thought I would google fix's before I pushed submit and paid for the $150 claim and viola... all it needed was a soft reboot and it's as good as new. Seems like this is something that should have been tried in the store.
