  Almost always helpful employees and decent selection of what I need. It would be nice if the return policy was thirty days instead of just a couple weeks, but that's a small quibble. Occasionally I get inaccurate advice (for instance, one employee recently told me at antenna was UHF and VHF capable, but when I got it home I find out it wasn't and had to return it - but if a pita), but most times the employees really know what they're talking about and are incredibly helpful. I've learned to do more research before going to the store, as one should do regardless of how much the employees know, so the instances of wrong advice aren't too much of a problem.
